Nothing beats a good brunch and great company. We’re hosting a morning at The Butcher’s Hook and Cleaver in Farringdon. We want to hear your thoughts on Employee Inspiration. We’ll share our own data on why it matters and discuss what works and what falls flat when trying to inspire your people. Food and coffee are on us.
We’re looking for senior HR and people leaders, and CEOs from organisations with over 100 employees. You should have plenty of opinions on workplace culture, particularly employee inspiration, and a desire to share your experiences. We keep these sessions intimate to ensure everyone gets a seat at the table. Please note we cannot accept bookings from consultants for this particular event.

We analysed over 1.9 million individual data points and nearly 90,000 written comments across 115 countries. The findings are clear. Inspiration is the single strongest predictor of overall happiness at work. If your people feel inspired, they’re overwhelmingly likely to be happy and productive.
CXOs talk a lot about efficiency, but rarely about inspiration.
Perhaps unsurprisingly, inspiration is one of the lowest-scoring dimensions in our entire study. Yet, our data shows that inspiration is one of the strongest drivers of productivity, employee retention and employee advocacy.
We are hosting an exclusive roundtable for CEOs, MDs, HRDs, and CPOs to explore how inspiration connects directly to your P&L and to share ideas about what works and what doesn’t when trying to inspire your people.
Join us for a high-level briefing and brunch. We will discuss how to turn employee inspiration into a measurable engine for profit.
