Insight only matters when it changes outcomes

Most organisations measure engagement. Far fewer can connect it to revenue, customer experience or profitability. That’s the gap our consultants close.

We help senior leaders build cultures that drive commercial performance. We show where leadership, culture and employee experience are helping or holding back the KPIs that matter most to your business. Then turn those insights into action.

Your people data and commercial data don’t talk to each other.

You have engagement scores on one side and revenue, utilisation or customer satisfaction on the other. Nobody’s connecting them. We do. And what we find usually surprises leadership teams.

Decisions about people are still made on gut instinct

Which initiatives actually drive performance? Which ones drain budget without moving the needle? We show you, with data,  what to stop, start and scale for the greatest commercial return.

You know culture needs to change. You don’t know where to start

Strategy is easy. Execution is hard. Our consultants embed the habits, systems and behaviours that make cultural change stick and show up in your results.

FAQs

Does this need to focus on financial data?

No. We work on any outcome that matters to your organisation. Revenue, profit, customer satisfaction, efficiency, or any other KPI your stakeholders care about. We’ve helped a non-profit understand how its people directly impacted outcomes for those in their care.

Do I need performance data on all our employees?

No. In most cases we focus on specific roles or teams where the connection between culture and performance is most commercially significant. Customer-facing teams, sales functions, or wherever it matters most.

Do we need to use your platform?

We’d love you to, but it’s not essential. Many organisations already collect employee feedback. What matters most is bringing that data together with your KPI data in one place.

We don't have performance metrics in place. Can we still work with you?

Yes. As part of our process, we’ll review what you currently measure. If it’s not suitable, we’ll help you put the right metrics in place before we start.

How do you protect employee anonymity?

We never identify individuals. We only analyse groups of five or more. So instead of looking at one person’s results, we group people by range to give you useful insight without ever putting anyone in the spotlight.

How do you work?

It depends on what you need. Some clients bring us in for a single project. Others keep us on retainer for ongoing support. We’ll recommend the right approach after an initial conversation.

What does it cost?

It varies by scope, size and goals. Let’s have a quick chat and we’ll give you a tailored quote.
