Gemma's been working with our founders Chris and Matt for many years, and has absolutely loads of HR experience. We're so lucky to have her!

The average day for Gemma involves school runs, homework, lego building, swimming lessons and feeding picky eaters, all fitted around daily life at THI.

Gemma loves going to Disney World with her kids, you might even catch her with her Minnie Mouse ears
Although Gemma wouldn't claim to be a masterchef, she does cook some pretty banging chicken fajitas.
