We only show results once you have more than 5 responses to ensure anonymity.
This includes all filters, data segments and other ways of slicing your data. We give your employees the confidence that they won’t be able to be identified through their feedback.
NO NAMES NO EMAILS
Results in our platform are not associated with names or email addresses.
Unless clearly stated, for example, with exit surveys, all the responses in our platform are fully anonymised. We don’t ask your people to supply their name or email address which helps everyone to feel safe and anonymous.
CONTINUE THE CONVERSATION
Your feedback doesn’t need to stop with the initial survey - you can reply to comments for additional context.
You can opt to “close the feedback loop” within our platform. This means that you can reply to anonymous comments and continue the conversation, without ever breaking confidentiality.
