A harrowing yet sadly unsurprising statistic from The Unmistakables Diversity & Confusion Report. With a rise in EDI initiatives in the workplace, more and more underrepresented groups are expressing their concern at being excluded from the conversation.
This year a huge focus for Pride is #AllOurPride, with the focus being that all members of the LGBTQ+ community should be celebrated and that intersectionality is KEY in this.
So we’ve teamed up with our friends at The Unmistakables to dissect a part of the problem.
