FAQs

Does this approach need to focus on financial data, or can it look at other performance data instead?


Our approach is flexible. It works on any outcome that matters to your organisation. While we often focus on revenue, profit, efficiency or customer satisfaction, it can be just as powerful for other metrics. For example, we’ve helped a non-profit understand how its people directly impacted outcomes for those in their care.

Do I need to give you performance data on all of our employees?


Not at all. In most cases, we only connect culture and performance for specific roles. For instance, focusing on customer-facing teams or sales performance where it matters most.

Do I need to use your platform to work with your consultants?


We’d love you to, but it’s not essential. Many organisations already have systems for collecting employee feedback. What’s most important is bringing all your feedback and KPI data together in one place.

We don’t have performance metrics in place. Does that mean we can’t work with you?


That’s completely fine. As part of our consultancy process, we’ll review what performance measures you currently use. If they’re not suitable, we’ll help you put the right ones in place.

How do you protect employee anonymity?


Anonymity is a core principle for us. We’re not on a witch-hunt. Our goal is to provide useful insight, not blame. We never identify individuals, and only analyse groups of five or more to prevent anyone being singled out. For instance, instead of viewing one salesperson’s £123k quarter, we’d group everyone who sold between £120k and £130k together for a more balanced view.

How do you work?


It depends on what you need. Some clients bring us in for a single project, while others keep us on retainer for ongoing support and consultancy.
