Our performance-culture consultants connect how your people feel to how your business performs, helping you turn employee and customer insights into measurable gains in revenue, profit, customer experience, and any other KPIs your key stakeholders want.
Your people data and your commercial data often live in separate worlds. We bring them together. This reveals how your culture directly shapes the KPIs that matter most to your business.
Too many investments in people are made on gut instinct rather than insight. We show you, with data, which initiatives to stop, start or scale for the biggest commercial return, driving efficiency and growth.
Not every organisation has the expertise or capacity to shift to a high-performance culture. That’s where we come in. Our consultants embed lasting habits, systems and behaviours that turn strategy into action and culture into performance.

Our approach is flexible. It works on any outcome that matters to your organisation. While we often focus on revenue, profit, efficiency or customer satisfaction, it can be just as powerful for other metrics. For example, we’ve helped a non-profit understand how its people directly impacted outcomes for those in their care.
Not at all. In most cases, we only connect culture and performance for specific roles. For instance, focusing on customer-facing teams or sales performance where it matters most.
We’d love you to, but it’s not essential. Many organisations already have systems for collecting employee feedback. What’s most important is bringing all your feedback and KPI data together in one place.
That’s completely fine. As part of our consultancy process, we’ll review what performance measures you currently use. If they’re not suitable, we’ll help you put the right ones in place.
Anonymity is a core principle for us. We’re not on a witch-hunt. Our goal is to provide useful insight, not blame. We never identify individuals, and only analyse groups of five or more to prevent anyone being singled out. For instance, instead of viewing one salesperson’s £123k quarter, we’d group everyone who sold between £120k and £130k together for a more balanced view.
It depends on what you need. Some clients bring us in for a single project, while others keep us on retainer for ongoing support and consultancy.
