MORE ABOUT Noelle
Starting her working life in admin roles, Noelle's love of numbers and excellent attention to detail drove her to finance. These days, we're so lucky to have Noelle at The Happiness Index, experiencing first-hand her mathematic genius and calm demeanour.
Noelle likes to start her day with a visit to the gym. Getting the blood pumping and the adrenaline rushing sets her up for the day. After this Noelle spends her time doing anything from supporting new investment into the business through to managing employee benefits - and everything in between!

Our Queen of Finance is also the Queen of Glam. A night on the town means her outfit and make-up needs to be as on-point as her spreadsheets!
Noelle's a bit of a fitness freak - she can run 10k in her lunch hour and still make time for a Netflix episode.
