Matt built the very first iteration of our platform, working in a previous organisation alongside our founders. He has an impressive history of tech and analytics roles, but it's only now he feels truly at home in an organisation!
Matt's day-to-day largely involves leading the tech team and keeping everything running smoothly in our platform. He also drives new innovations and ensures everyone in the organisation has the right tech to able to perform at their best.
