Everything, absolutely everything, about this company is different. Even the colours in our branding are punk rock! When I found out that it is our mission to help people being happier at work, I was sold.
Anna's superpower is that she can talk to anyone. She thinks humans are absolutely fascinating and will pump you for your most interesting story.
Anna's guilty pleasure is Lucifer. She appreciates that it's complete trash TV, but can't help but swoon over Tom Ellis. (We're there with you, Anna!)
Anna's full of hidden talents - she can throw a pot and grow an amazeball (her word not ours!) hanging basket.
Anna starts her day by checking in with her team. Then she speaks to people from the HR and People marketplace to gain an understanding of the challenges they're facing. She loves that she can be speaking to a huge multinational one minute and a small, intimate arts-led concerns the next. She loves being challenged, especially since we're all working towards the same goal - doing good!
Our Anna is pretty talented - before joining us she's been a veterinary nurse, a technical assistant in a laboratory, a security company sales person and an insurance sales person.
