Discovery


Welcome to the beginning of your journey with us! Our discovery stage is designed to set the foundation for a successful partnership.

This stage is all about understanding your needs and ensuring we’re fully equipped to help you succeed. Let’s get started!

Creation


During this phase, you’ll collaborate closely with our customer success team to ensure everything is perfectly tailored to your needs:

  • Seamless onboarding: We’ll walk you through the onboarding checklist, ensuring that all essential steps are completed for a smooth start.
  • Expert guidance: Our team will support and guide you through the platform,  helping you set up your survey with ease and confidence.
  • Knowledge Hub access: Gain full access to our extensive Knowledge Hub, packed with training resources to empower you and your team as you navigate the platform.
  • We’ll also provide guidance and useful communication templates to help you  communicate the launch of your survey internally and get your response rate as high as possible.

Approval


We’re almost there! The Approval phase is the final step before your survey is promoted to your employees. During this stage we work closely with you to ensure everything is ready for a successful launch:

  • Final review and testing, making sure everything aligns with your expectations before giving the final sign-off.
  • Go live preparation: Clearing out any test data from the platform.

Launch and beyond!


It’s time to launch your first survey and start gathering valuable insights! During the Launch phase, we’ll work with you to promote your survey to get as many responses as possible, and we’ll help you analyse and understand the results from your first survey so that you can take action.

This is just the beginning of your journey. We’re here to make sure your launch is successful and that you’re empowered to continue building a thriving workplace culture:

  • 
Use our promotional material to get as many responses as possible
  • We’ll present insights from your first survey back to you to ensure you have a clear understanding of what it all means and what areas to prioritise for your goals.
  • We’ll review the launch of your listening programme so that learnings can be taken into the future
  • Ensure you’re ready to take the reins to deliver your own surveys via the platform
  • On an ongoing basis your customer success manager will support you to ensure your employee listening programme continues to help build a thriving workplace culture.
