I'm a big fan of the autonomy given to you as a Quokka, it was a little daunting at first but I've grown to love and thrive with it.

When he thinks no one is listening, Tom can be caught bopping along to cheesy 90s tunes
You'd not know it to look at him, but our Tom has a bougie side - his go-to pizza order is salmon, goats cheese, and rocket.
A typical day for Tom involves catching up with the team to discuss key focuses for the week. He'll usually be working on one or two big pieces of work for the website throughout the month, interlaced with lots of smaller ad-hoc tasks.
Tom taught himself to code during the pandemic, and before he joined THI he headed up the SEO team at a small marketing agency.
