Restore Plc: Launches New Employee Listening Programme

The Happiness Index is launching a new employee engagement and happiness programme for Restore plc (Restore), across all its businesses.

Restore is an AIM listed company employing c.2,500 people across 5 different business units. They are the UK’s leading provider of integrated information and data management services, secure technology recycling, and commercial relocation solutions.

Louisa Fryer, Head of Leadership, Culture & Talent at Restore plc comments: “We have ambitious plans to grow each business unit and to acquire more businesses along the way. We know that to fulfil this ambition we need to invest in creating a thriving culture where our people can develop their careers.”

The Happiness Index will implement their neuroscience backed employee engagement and happiness platform. This will enable Restore’s people to feedback whenever, and wherever they want, as well as analysing their cultural health in-depth to support the people strategy at each individual business. The platform offers +20 pre-built neuroscience backed surveys measuring cultural health across the employee lifecycle. The data is available in real-time and highlights key drivers to prioritise and provides insight on how to take action.

Louisa continues: “We want to ensure that our colleagues can thrive and bring their best to work.  Implementing The Happiness Index platform is a key strand of our colleague engagement programme in our Great Place to Work strategy. Using the platform will ensure that as a growing multi-site business we are always talking and listening to our people, that we’re investing in their skills and development, and that we’re always looking for new ways to make their working lives easier and to improve their working experience. This will enable us to take our culture onto the next level of performance to support our ambitious growth plans.”
