Hawksford: Launches Engagement & Happiness Strategy to Drive Global Growth
Hawksford, a leading provider of corporate, private client and fund administration services, launches a new employee engagement and happiness strategy in conjunction with The Happiness Index.
Hawksford is headquartered in Jersey and currently employs 440 professionals across multiple locations including China, Hong Kong, Singapore, and London.
Following significant recent private equity investment from STAR Capital, the organisation is embarking on an ambitious growth journey. It aims to treble the size of the current business in terms of profitability, headcount and geographical footprint over the next three years.

This will enable them to continually analyse their cultural health and provide the insight they need to focus on key actions for their new people strategy, which has already been shared transparently with all employees.
