The Happiness Index Launches New Global Partnership With Sodexo Benefits & Rewards
The Happiness Index is delighted to announce the launch of a new global partnership with Sodexo Benefits & Rewards (Sodexo BRS). This new global partnership enables Sodexo BRS to offer The Happiness Index's employee engagement and happiness platform to its clients.
The first two Sodexo BRS companies to launch are Sodexo Benefits & Rewards (BRS) in Romania and Inspirus by Sodexo in North America with other countries expected to follow shortly. The new partnership strengthens “Sodexo BRS global proposition around Employee Benefits and Rewards & Recognition by offering organisations the ability to understand in real-time how happy and engaged their people are through The Happiness Index’s platform.
The Happiness Index platform uses a range of neuroscience-based surveys that enables companies to understand how employees think, feel and behave across the employee experience. This real-time employee feedback empowers organisations to drive cultural change through targeted action plans.
