The Happiness Index Launches Partnership with Sodexo BRS Romania
The Happiness Index is delighted to announce the launch of a new partnership with Sodexo Benefits & Rewards (BRS) in Romania to resell their employee engagement and happiness platform.
The new partnership strengthens Sodexo BRS’s core proposition around rewards and recognition by offering organisations in Romania the ability to understand in real-time how happy and engaged their people are through The Happiness Index’s platform.
The Happiness Index platform uses a range of neuroscience-based surveys that enables companies to understand how employees think, feel and behave across the employee experience. This real-time employee feedback empowers organisations to drive cultural change through targeted action plans.
