“

I love being a Quokka because of the flexibility to work around childcare needs. The added bonus is I get to spend my day with a bunch of people that feel more like family than colleagues.

On an unexpected day off you'll find Michelle at home with her daughter or drinking wine in the sun! (Or a Prosecco if she can think of something to celebrate).

Her guilty pleasure is Love Island, she doesn't like missing an episode when it's on. Being a fan is a big commitment.

Our Michelle doesn't profess to be a chef, but she does make a mean Quorn spag bol, if you ever get treated you know you've made it.

The average day for Michelle involves planning future projects and ensuring everything is running on schedule. She loves a spreadsheet to keep everything on track.

Before Michelle became a Quokka she worked in Digital Marketing on the agency side. When the role came up here it was a no brainer!
