Being a Quokka means I can find strength in revealing my weaknesses. Humans fail all the time, there are some things that I'm just not good at and being a Quokka means I don't have to hide that.
Toby is one of the kindest, most empathetic people you'll ever meet. Talking to Toby is going to be the highlight of your day.
Toby is a bit of a coffee addict. He thinks he might be able to set a record for how much coffee a human can consume without dying.
Wildly creative, Toby can make everything from spectacular cakes to incredibly life-like Optimus Prime costumes.
Quokka life for Toby includes code, collaboration, freedom of approach and help where required. He loves that at work he gets genuine collaboration with no egos. Toby most feels like a Quokka because everyone is moving to make a difference. That and the brown fur!
Before becoming a Quokka, Toby was a back-end developer. Finding out about THI, and our mission set him on a new path - he says the company felt more of a movement than an organisation.
