I have so many great memories with Quokkas but there’s one that made me feel particularly proud. I managed the onboarding and training of two new Quokkas. One morning I came in and found some presents on my desk with a note thanking me for being the best mentor. It was really rewarding to be acknowledged for the work I’d done and for the impact it had on them.

Given an unexpected day off you'll find Roma sunbathing in the garden, cycling and eating everything in sight.

Our resident foodie, Roma can tell you the best place to eat anything - whether it's a bougie pizza, great pub grub, or a date-worthy meal!

Despite her foodie credentials, Roma loves to indulge in her favourite junk food - instant noodles.

Roma has a lot of freedom and flexibility within her role, which is why she loves it! Every day looks a bit different, and she loves being able to be involved in lots of different projects - variety is the spice of life as they say!

Safe to say Roma had no idea what she wanted to do before joining THI over 6 years ago. She's previously worked in hospitality, fashion, interior design, marketing and product development. But she's found her home at THI, and inspires us all every day!
