Before becoming a Quokka, Lyle wore lots of hats, but all of them involved creating compelling data stories. His background means he is able to dig deep into our customer's people data and help isolate insights and learnings that can be applied to support their people mission.
An average day for Lyle as a Quokka involves analysing lots of data to create reports our customers can use to uncover and implement new learnings. Lyle loves being a Quokka because the day-to-day always differs with lots of varying reports, but he still has the flexibility to create a spin on things. Speaking of flexibility - Lyle loves to use our flexible working pattern to suit his needs.
