With over 10 years in customer service under her belt and a passion for creating unforgettable experiences, it's no wonder Laura's so good at her job here!

No day is the same for Laura, but we can be sure she will be rushing around after the little ones - school runs, out of school activities and lessons. There'll be many failed attempts at drinking a cup of coffee whilst it's still hot, and usually a long walk to get that much needed fresh air!
