Over the years a growing number of customers have asked us to create their surveys. As the popularity of our surveys grew we decided to build these out into modules and make them generally available.

Our experience and expertise has been used to create modules on:

  • AlwaysOn
  • 360 interviews
  • eNPS
  • Exit
  • Happiness
  • Happiness & Engagement
  • Inclusion & Diversity
  • Leadership
  • L&D
  • Mental Fitness
  • NPS
  • Onboarding

Each question within our modules has been crafted by our occupational psychologist. The questions are designed to be neutral as we remove positive or negative bias.

Each module has been optimised to generate the maximum level of insight from the minimum number of questions. This means it’s quicker to provide feedback and its easier for you to get to the key insights.

Each module has inbuilt reports which are automatically generated meaning you can spend more time on delivering actions rather than running reports. The reports have been designed to be visually appealing including a range of graphs making it easier to interpret the data and make them more engaging. Every report includes benchmarking data, but more on that later. Finally there is the option to download the reports making it easy to share the insights with others in your business so they can inspire and enthuse their teams.

All modules have their own unique online dashboard tailored to deliver relevant insights. Our eNPS module calculates your eNPS score and trends it over time allowing you to monitor progress. The AlwaysOn module provides you with your headline culture score and comment analysis so you can see the key drivers behind your score.

Other insights from our online dashboards include heatmaps, filter comparisons, correlation analysis and response analysis. All insights generated by our dashboards can be broken down by your chosen filters, for example location, department, etc.

Due to our modules being standardised we’re able to provide benchmarking across all modules. Dependent on the module there is benchmarking available for the individual so they can see how they compare and organisational benchmarks allowing organisations to gain an understanding of how they are performing relative to the benchmark. All benchmarking data can be viewed as an aggregate or broken down by pre-selected filters such as company size, industry, location, etc.
