I am delighted to share that one of our major customers, Sodexo, has agreed to continue working with us as their Employee Engagement & Happiness Platform. Sodexo is a French food services and facilities management company headquartered in Paris and has over 400,000 employees, with a presence in 80 countries.
Since we started working together in September 2019, it is fair to say it has been quite the journey, particularly since we had to navigate the small matter of a global pandemic at the start of 2020 (and still do). Many of our proposed plans were thrown out of the window, but I am delighted at the way we adapted our employee feedback strategy and worked as a genuine partnership to deliver a great solution that works for Sodexo.
I have to say, throughout my career I have been fortunate to work with so many genuine global companies, however not every large organisation treats you as equals, in both a business sense and a human sense. However, with regards to Sodexo, we have always been treated with huge respect from day one. Of all the senior leaders I have met at Sodexo, perhaps around 15 of them, every single one of them has clearly been a decent human being, and if you combine that with intelligence, passion for the organisation and hard work, you are going to achieve a winning combination!
