A big tennis buff, Sophie has an enormous crush on Roger Federer. And who can blame her?
Sophie is incredibly creative and can often be found decorating cakes, playing the piano, or with her nose in an Agatha Christie book.
Sophie's favourite part of the day is when colleagues come to her Product Ideas sessions and propose exciting ideas for how we can develop our platform. She loves how one idea often prompts another, or grows as we talk it through, and by the end of the discussion we're left with such an exciting list of prospects.
Sophie started her career working in customer experience, marketing and product management in the telecoms and finance industries. She then joined THI to work in a smaller business where she could make a real impact.
